From what I've heard, even when they officially had the stance of being against homosexuality (which they've since retracted as a corporate stance), they still hired people who were gay/bisexual/etc. They've never been about discriminating against them, just that they don't agree with that lifestyle. Again, I could be mishearing things.

Either way, Chick-Fil-A is fucking delicious, so I just don't tell them my sexual orientation when I go in for my spicy chicken.

We do what we must when we get the hunger pains. I don't know. I stopped in there once because I really had to go to the bathroom. I planned on blowing up the toilet and leaving in a bs act of defiance, but I felt bad and decided to buy a drink. They were really nice. I live in a place that is nothing but dead end retail and factory jobs, and that those people can be that friendly really touched me. They're just trying to get by like everyone else. I can't blame those people directly for what their corporate overlord says.

That being said I've only been there one more time since then. It's not that mind blowing to me. It's pickle juice.

yea, I bet a lot of customer service reps actually agree with the customer but can't say that cause they are locked in to working there just to make ends meet. Try to be respectful to them, and let them know why your done with the company, then leave or hang up.
