Make sure your dashboard is open. Go to panda link, there will be a button that says "watch this hit" and enter the settings you want.

oh we don't play that game, we have a firm rule if you act up in public, regardless where we are at, we go home right then. They throw a fit a couple times and quickly learn grandma and grandpa don't play

Get a PayPal business debit card. I live in BFE and it works great. I can refill it with prepaid cards from Dollar General.
