Crap, I just heard the downstairs neighbor come home. I give it about ten minutes before she comes upstairs and starts asking for things like wine and cigarettes and then starts telling me anecdotes about the boyfriend because she's always hanging out at the place where he works. I don't care. I don't really like company unless it's the boyfriend, and he will be here soon enough.

I used to have a few neighbors that constantly came over looking for cigarettes and I don't even smoke, but hubby used to. I'd always tell them that I didn't smoke and to stop coming over and then they'd just ask for cash to get cigs. Some people are shameless.

My husband works a 9-5ish type job and he's pretty much ok with whatever my sleep schedule is as long as we spend some time together. My hubby used to do the same job as yours when I met him and I worked a 9-5 so that was tricky.
Yeah, Dave, (my guy) is kind of the same, but he's less about time and more about money. There came a time where he was so skeptical that Mtwerk as he calls it would ever work. He's only just now realizing that hey this will be OK for us. He's a good guy, but I hate that I constantly have to prove myself.

That's an appropriate answer, but she's been downstairs for years, and I've been upstairs for years. Neither of us has any idea when this gravy train is going to end. It's far to good to be real. Plus, she knows I'm up here, because we share a common entrance.

Hard to convince people that online work isn't a scam.

Damn, I really gave the wrong impression. I apologize for that. I really like this girl. She's quite possibly my best friend, but she's trying to quit smoking right now and that's just annoying for me. She's a good girl and a good neighbor. I just wish she's go ahead and buy her own cigarettes.

My husband stopped doubting this was legit work when I paid for our entire Christmas and vacations with my turking money. I tell him I'm working and he goes merrily about his business.

My husband loves it now. Since I've had health issues, he hasn't even expected me to work at all but I couldn't just sit around without contributing anything so turking has been a godsend for me. Now that I'm doing better, I think about getting an outside job or going back to school, but I think I'll still turk on the side no matter what.

I understand that. I do work part-time also, and now that my children are grown I have a lot more free time. I think as long as this is something I am able to do I will always do it. If you're able to go back to school let it be for something you enjoy. Life is too short to waste it on things that give you no value.
