So an Amazon "account specialist" finally got back to me with a canned message about opening a new account with my same email so my account is either still on hold or closed.

These account specialists are apparently the only ones who can place or remove a hold on an account but they are nearly impossible to get in contact with. They have no phone number. It seems like you have to go through regular customer service reps and have them forward your request to an account specialist and hope to be contacted by one of those "within 48 hours." The regular reps don't seem to know what mTurk is so I can't really explain why getting my same account back instead of making a new one is so important.

If anyone has any advice or experience contacting account specialists PLEASE let me know. Feel free to PM me. Ughhhh.

I haven't given up on her yet, still trying to get her to be the best she can, cooking is pretty simple actually for anything. Correct temperature, correct ingredients, follow simple instructions, and boom profit. Plus not to mention the pride in knowing you did this, and when someone compliments your cooking.
But then again I'm Cajun and was made to cook

The only possibly helpful advice I've seen is to talk to Amazon Payments instead of trying to talk to mTurk people. IDK tho, sorry I can't help more. :thumbdown:
