How are you guys making these mountains worth it? I get cut off after like 3 and it's nearly impossible to grab that many even w/ the Panda.....

Even with the cap, with so many dropping they are worth it to me. They are fast hits for decent pay.
But I almost always catch more than the cap with my pandas and end up returning some.

Their caps vary. Sometimes you get 1, sometimes you get more than 10. For the short amount of time they take, I feel they're totally worth it. Pulled $6 off them this morning in 10 minutes. I just pop the panda in, turn on auto refresh and let them collect as I'm doing other things.
I have like 4 pandas going, one on the requester page and one on anything that's popped up since, all running at like 3-5 seconds and have caught 9 total since person/people

I've always just set the panda for 1 or 2 seconds, grabbed as many as I can and then returned when I hit the max. I don't like they they have such a low limit now though.

just keep running the pandas. turn off any other ones you have except the mountain ones and don't panda the requester right now.
as people cap and return you'll catch more.

A PANDA on the requester page won't catch anything since it needs to be an "andaccept" link (on the HIT) for it to catch the HIT.
