You trying to gain a few more page requests or something? If you use a VPN close to home it will probably be alright, but I wouldn't accept hits in California and complete them in New York. Probably best not to draw the attention of Amazon regardless I'd say but some older turkers might have better insight.

Still got PRE's here and there even tho it was different IP's. I sort of want to test this out a bit more but as you mentioned, I don't want to send red flags to Amazon either.

Here's how you can stay or get in decent shape while pretty much eating whatever the hell you want.
run 5 miles everyday or ride a bike for 15 or more.
do 300 push ups through out the day 50 here 50 there
do 300 sit ups (with variations) during the day 50 here 50 there.

I'm thinking this is correct. Even with 2 different IP's I was still getting PRE's on either of the IP's. So I'd say it is account based and not IP based.

Not exactly. There is a limit per account and a limit per IP address, although they don't overlap. If logged in, all page requests count as account page requests and it doesn't matter what IP address they come from.
