Welp just got my racer all fixed back up from eating shit a couple times the other day practicing on the track, going to go down to the park set up some cones and practice some more! btw this is my hobby that Mturk pays for =P

ok, i am just starting to look into it, I've been using a ar. drone to film different things but i think i would like the racing type a lot more.

The biggest difference is when flying racing or any small quad for speed and fun is that you fly in rate mode, so no self leveling no gyro assistance and you are gonna smash into a ton of shit mainly the earth, a lot.

for first learning I cannot praise and give this thing enough credit this is where every single person who wants to fly should start

The controller is just enough to teach you how to use big boy flight controls as it can switch between self leveling and acro mode. its stupid durable compared to other drones and even after you beat it all to piss you can take the guts and motors and build your own mini drone out of it which again is awesome to do, is fun and is a segway into building bigger ones for racing.

yea i have one of those, it was my first drone. You are right, it is amazing for the money, and fun as hell.
