Did you ever hear back from him? My .60 one from 6/30 approved and paid but I believe mine had a code as I didn't send any messages. But that was a few days ago and my brain is tired.

Not a peep. Only thing I received was the message on the rejection:

I regret to inform you that your work cannot be compensated without the completion code, which is programmed to be generated only when all questions are answered.

Looks like there were a few people who got this also. I updated his TO for my mental therapy....
