So in Panda Crazy should we be running multiple Z jobs? Trying to wrap my head around all of this.

No. The script has one timer and it will go through all the jobs you are collecting. So there is no need to have multiple panda's going for the same thing like it would in other scripts. Read the help section and it explains a lot especially how GoHam button works which makes it go even faster. Just be sure to have the script running in it's own window or it may be limited to 1 second timers.
