I think most people just open them up in a bunch of tabs in order to make them more profitable. Possibly with a little quick and dirty AHK that will let you hit ENTER to submit and then auto-tab to the next HIT.

Ohh that is the worst. I actually don't like "real" Mac and cheese that much. I prefer the Kraft blue box powder cheese kind. I even use half as much milk and no butter so it gets all gritty.
