I took my dog on a walk. First I saw a rusted out Chevy El Camino, and it had a steering wheel lock in it. I really admired the hopefulness of the owner to think anyone would want to steal that piece of crap car.

Then I saw a guy standing on the side of the street, next to a wheel. Not a set, just the one wheel. He was holding a cardboard sign that said " 22 inch rims for sale". Seemed really legit.
