Anyone have just a second to help me out? I'm filing taxes and I usually opt for Turbotax. I have read other information but nothing is really helping me figure this out with TT. Am I supposed to file this under 1099-C or 1099 MISC? If that is the case, it requires a $34 upgrade :/ And if that is the case, are there any better/cheaper tax things out there that include the ability for me to file both my W2 info and the mturk related income?

Does anyone know why, when I accept a task from a totally new (to me) requester, it says I've done the maximum number of hits allowed? I don't have a panda going or anything. I haven't even completed one hit for them.

I liked your recommendation for H&R block and usually pick it up when it goes on sale

I still have to pay $20 to file state, though, but the total usually comes out to $40.

Taxact might be cheaper but it's more convoluted

I have some semi-sweet and milk chocolate chips you can have, if you'll share some of those graham crackers. I have some peppermint marshmallows, and now I have to know what chocolate peppermint s'mores taste like.

I don't know what a pusheen box is. Gonna have to google that.

quarterly subscription box. This winter was the first one... everything was super useful (hat, t-shirt, coffee mug, hand warmer, etc) in it so I'm going to try and stay subbed to it ;w; A little expensive but so much pusheen

Sometimes broken, sometimes not really a new requester (changed name and/or account), sometimes sharing data with another requester.
