A mountain all of frames of an ultrasound. I had to stare to determine if it was all one picture or if it was frames of the actual video. And...I left a comment just to let them know I thought that was a real person.

However, I did mark the ones of X rays no...they were pictures, I hope!

Anyone have just a second to help me out? I'm filing taxes and I usually opt for Turbotax. I have read other information but nothing is really helping me figure this out with TT. Am I supposed to file this under 1099-C or 1099 MISC? If that is the case, it requires a $34 upgrade :/ And if that is the case, are there any better/cheaper tax things out there that include the ability for me to file both my W2 info and the mturk related income?

This is self-employment (business) income without an associated 1099-MISC. H&R Block Deluxe or taxact.com will get it done much cheaper than TurboTax, or try http://www.unitedway.org/myfreetaxes/ to potentially do it free through H&R Block Online.
