I live and breath POTUS elections, and I missed this. POTUS elections are my "Super Bowl."

Don't despair. It keeps popping up. I did it a few days ago. PandA that puppy and keep hope alive!

Lived in San Diego for 25 years. Clinical Depression set in about 2005. Lost a job, blah, blah, blah. Eventually got work at a gas station -- a job I came to hate. At this point I was semi-homeless and started getting anxiety attacks on top of the depression. My best friend told me I needed to get out of San Diego.

At that point, an ex-girlfriend --- whose family kinda owns this town -- said, "Come out here; I got a place where you can live, and I'll help you find a job." That "place" turned out to be (drum roll, pls) Desert Center.

I assume you know what Seasonal Affective Disorder is. Peeps in northern climates get clinically depressed during the winter season when it is very cloudy and it rains a lot. The irony here is that three years ago I was diagnosed by the Veterans Health Admin. with SUMMER-onset Seasonal Affective Disorder: when it gets hot -- over 105 or there abouts -- with a lot of sun, my clinical depression tends to raise its ugly head.

Anyone here who lives in Alaska, Washington, Oregon, or New England, and you need a butler or property care-taker, I'm you man!

Sorry to hear about your battles. Depression and anxiety screwed up my life significantly some years ago, too. Good luck with everything.

Same choice I've had since last summer, I'm Bernie or Bust. I'm planning on heading down to Philly for the convention to protest and show my support, it's why I've been trying to turk more lately.
