Did you look at each one individually? Sometimes it's a weird random one that will suddenly work. Unless you returned one, then you might be SOL.

if you suspect isp issues you probably have slow net to begin with. what's your stats ?

yeah you're out of luck then. that's the way to fix the error with google hits is to find the one that works but if you don't have it then return and move on

cycle 1, running literally only zoltar panda in PC and 1 zoltar panda in TM

Yeah, you would prolly need to use cycle 2 then since you are running TM at the same time i would think

Only got 69. Thinking the problem might be I was using cycle 1? Had go ham and was using pantha action. No other pandas running. Had it going from around 8:00, so I probably should have gotten way more. My computer is custom built and pretty beast, 85mbps internet speed.

I think it has to do with how fast your internet connection / computer are. People who max out or get close to maxing out every day must have super computers and turbo internet. My laptop is pretty terrible.
