I took a few pole classes on top of yoga, i worked up to being able to do a flag for a solid 2 months and I'd like to think i had a pretty strong core to start with. It is no joke for sure.

I stopped doing acrobatics after I nearly fell 20 feet, head first, onto a granite stage in Vegas. Lesson learned: Don't try to flip upside down and grip with your thighs if your thigh gap is bigger than the damn pole. That was scary.
