Do you fit this? "In order to participate, you MUST be a male between the ages of 18 and 24 and currently reside in the United States." (this is from description even though title says different)

If yes, it's probably a hidden screener >..

It has a qual on it called "Qualifications: male has been granted". So you'd have to have that granted first. I don't know if it was a previously posted qual test or what.
