Those are both requester accounts used by multiple people with no one actually in charge. That means you never know what you're gonna get. I've done maybe 5 of each and haven't gotten rejections, but that's entirely out of luck.

If I remember correctly, Raphael actually does run the account but it's the websites that ask him for work who have the power to approve/reject.

Yeah, I've done a ton of Mudges and not had any rejections, but I'm selective about which ones I'll do. If the instructions/questions are even the tiniest bit unclear or indicate that the owner of the website in question doesn't have the best grasp of the English language, I'll return it.
