The flip side to that is if they put the requirements in the description, unethical workers will suddenly become those requirements, even if they're not.

Ahh, I can see that :/
It just sucks wasting my time and then having to return things. But I suppose it's "safer" for the requester to assume unethical workers will accept their stuff than to just post the requirements beforehand lol.
