mtruck is working for me again in bygod west virginia.

sorry i flipped, our state has been having a really rough time since the flooding a few weeks ago and my office has been flooded (no pun intended) with communities who need help because no one had flood insurance and FEMA only gives you $33k and won't compensate people in cities/counties that didn't have adequate floodplain ordinances or other regulations like building codes and stuff like that. our state is broke and we're going to be even more broke next year because of this flooding. it's been really trying here
