Yes it is, I live in CA and have been doing it a couple of years, they pay through paypal and convert your money to US. It's just some added pocket change for me, nothing major, BUT the requesters over there pay way better for way less time in my experience. I have only been annoyed over ONE survey there. The rest are like....really? THAT'S it? I love it!

this guy did this once before under another account. Similar name. The same exact thing. Posted twice for low pay. Approved them no issues to get good TO. Posted again doubled the pay and rejected them all. I got over 300 rejections from that one. That time is was church addresses.
Some requesters are like that. Spot check a couple and they're all wrong then mass reject the rest of them. I know there's a few people that clearly spell it out in their hits.

Hi there,
Having done lots of pre-testing, I know that, on average, pastors are easily findable in 80% 0f cases. If - for multiple HITS where workers entered no info - I could find the pastors name within a few seconds - I rejected the work. This is a big project, and I have to use this method to evaluate work.
That's hella shady!
