That's just how it goes I suppose. Win some, lose some. I've always stayed away from the 'find contact info' hits for that reason. To answer your original question, yes RP will reject for 'poor quality'. What they determine to be poor quality is random though.

Thanks for the comments/info about eye issues, I have health issue, possible health issue, and medication that could contribute plus way too much time in front of the monitor, but it did seem to do this somewhat suddenly. I am soooo tired of Drs., but I guess since 'seeing' is a pretty convenient thing to be able to do, I prob. should call.
