When I used to wait tables many years ago, you may have trained a new server but you never gave them your best tipping customers. You had worked long and hard to build up your client base. I see this as the same thing. I have only been turking 3 months but have tripled my money by keeping my mouth closed and reading everything written here on this forum.Thanks again to all those that post not just the hits but the knowledge to go with it.

Sure keep your mouth closed about your most lucrative clients.

Yet, when you tell me how much more you're making, adjust your expectations to my response, if I'm less than enthusiastic.

How I do it with newbies? Give them the requesters I started with, and I share some, not all. Also, I do not post PE without a few of my heavy hitters, to help others learn from me. Otherwise I'm just sharing numbers for praise, and not using that as a chance to help others learn.

Those two don't have to be together (asking for praise, and helping others learn from my success w/specific requesters), although one doesn't work without the other. For me anyway.
