Even if you miss an entire day of turking, the money you will make the next week, after using some scripts, should more than cover that day.
EDIT But, start slow. Don't install all the scripts at once. Start with something like TM(Turkmaster) to get the feel for it. Plus that one is 'all inclusive'. Later, you can find individual scripts that do the same things.
