It's been a tough night. I think I might just take a walk with the dog and hit the homeless people up for change. I really need a case quarter.

Sometimes i wonder how much money they must make based on all the micromanagement and platform headaches they have to worth through 'cause its gotta be way better than just hiring a few temps to do the work to justify going through all the BS

saving on things like having to provide benefits, different taxes etc. for small businesses is huge. Staying under certain employee levels means a world of difference for expenses. On a macro scale, larger companies don't have to do paperwork, hiring and related costs, and the same benefits etc. that they would have to do for regular workers over 20hr/week. It makes a ton of sense for certain projects.

It could be better, if both sides understood the platform more.

Academic requesters can't really do that... but I think most of the commercial requesters place very little value on a lot of what they post and treat it more like residual potential income sources. A lot of the commercial work that gets posted is about generating cold marketing data to populate salable data sets... so it's really hard to place a hard value on that... and I think this shows pretty strongly with the significant dip in the number of unique active requesters since the rate change, and the dip in new requesters.

We will probably always see receipt stuff, though... since we are literally the backbone of their entire business model... but a lot of other commercial batches are starting to be more infrequent and smaller in size.

A normal job? Today I watched a surgery, talked to Miss Piggy, talked to someone about buying vegetables in the Middle East...just a start, can't imagine what that's like Though I did just get a working computer and hope to do a test also. Thanks

it sucks your state wont let you do these A9's I could use a little help...

They actually changed my state qual about a month ago (maybe a little longer), so I've been working on the A9's on and off.

I think I need to change 2 settings on this forum... one .. disable notifications for when I get likes so the notifications is actually useful..

And make my page length longer.... .I'll go see how to do those now
