I feel your pain. as I have chronic illness till the day I die also... You have to adjust your body to do this. Build the tolerance. Dont give up so easily please.

Yea. It's hard as hell at first.. I have rhueamtoid arthritis and spinal arthritis. So the main turking tools already sucks. yay typing! But I'm able to sit here for hours on end now. Go slow, build your own tolerance. your body has to adjust.
