I'm not sure but I think if it expired while in your queue (never opened the HIT) then it wouldn't lock you out.

Mihail Eric requester for the "Record the command you would give to an in-car assistant" is so great. I have done so many of his HITs because it says you can do multiples. Anyways he messaged me today and asked if I could take a break from them. He just wanted to avoid having to block or reject me and I thank him so much for it. I only have the panda link for it if anyone wants it. He is a great requester and I have done multiples of hit HITs for the last 3 days at least.

Thank you. I have asked over and over to speak with a supervise to no avail. They just say they are communicating with one which I know is bs. I am surprised the CS people are not trained better, seems that could be an inside the company business in itself. Probably just raise our rates but might be worth it in happy customers. and less lost business or rotating business. I suspected they may use contractors and there ought to be plenty available to fill the need. Can't the companies spare the cash? There has to be good techs out there, especially now with people having grown up with the industry. They ought to easily be able to trade out companies if that is where the need is. And how the industry works these days. They may need their own union to provide their insurance, etc and there in may lie the dig. My appt is finally I hope, if they don't mess with it and not tell me again, set for Sat early AM or between 8 and 11. That means I get the early morning person who better not be running home for some reason. So maybe this will get settled. And hopefully writing to the BBB will help. I found sometimes that solves more problems than anything else. I just don't understand why companies behave this way. They know it's only going to make their customers angry and their workers very unhappy. It makes no sense. Thanks.

Actually it is not the company itself, but the local management that is the issue. I know may many General Managers that are not qualified for their positions. And of course, some companies do NOT have the experience in that particular segment of the industry. Most likely, in 1 or 2 more years they will sell to someone else anyway.(Case in point: I worked as a contractor at DC CableVision for 5 years which was then bought by AT&T and then 2 years later bought by Comcast) There was a time in my career that I could not find the "Right Guy" so to speak, so for 2 years 1985-1987 I did all 3 managers jobs and had 3 sets of business card titles. (Marketing Director - Sales Manager - Installation Manager) I finally found the right guys after 2 years.
Anyway, I hope "Your Right Guy" shows up for you on Sat. and squares you away.
