Once I strap on to the computer I don't take any breaks until I'm happy with my PE. So I divide my PE by time spent.
I count the shitposting I do here as part of my hourly......it would be like the time spent at a water cooler in an office job.

me too. i wanted to leave work early but forgot about this until 2:40pm and didn't have enough time to drive home from work and be ready in time for this. if i had until 3:15 the whole time i definitely could have made it.

I use this one. It's like a chess timer so you have to remember to slap it when you start and finish, but I've gotten pretty good at remembering to do it.
