Depends on the person and how dilated they make you. Generally a few hours. It's been anywhere from like, 1 to 10 hours for me.

My 4 year old just got hers done and it wore off in ~3 hours. She still had some sunlight sensitivity after though.

Thank you. Mine feel half dilated and light sensitive without being dilated so don't know how that fits in. So either way I probably have to try and remember what 'other things' are. Sad. oh. and meant 'eye' dilated.
