You have to return a HIT, even though you did the work, submitted the code and the HIT, for some reason, it did not accept Submit, when you did it. Let's assume the page just didn't refresh.

And you've done a few surveys since THAT HIT...

And you have NO clue what the old pass code was, definitely not in your copy/paste memory...

no, submit it with your id. Then email. I have never had an issue.
