I believe he was referencing cocaine, since he (edit) sold it and refers to himself as the snowman. This could work too though.

It's not that no one like them but that they run on a "personal batch" format.

There are 2500 HITs available to you personally though when the total amount of HITs available to everyone drops below 2500 then you will see your number drop too.

I know, that's as confusing to read as it was to type.
