So I went to do more Fashionish HITs just now and got a message saying "this requester has chosen to prevent you from working on their HITs." I've never been blocked before - is that what this is? I did a ton of their HITs yesterday and all of them were approved, so if I'm blocked I'm a little confused.

Sounds like a block. You may get an email later today.
You should try emailing the requester and explaining how blocks affect our accounts and ask them to use a qual instead, and promise you won't work on their hits anymore.

I accepted this HIT, read the lengthy instructions, answered about 5 questions, went to the next page, and it had only a 'prev' button and a 'done' button. I hit the 'Done' button (didn't make sense to me to backup to a page I already dealt with).......... which took me to Survey Monkeys "do you want to design a survey?" page.

So ............. what the freak?
