Ugh, been there. I had to have this convo with my now 21 year old starting at age 14.

I'm super cool with adults who have fully formed and done growing brains smoking as much as they want. However, it has been proven to have a bad effect on adolescent brains that are still developing. That is the ONLY argument my kid would buy (because he knew it was scientifically true), yet he still smoked. Just not as much as he would have without my lectures.
