Email him directly. He sent them all out last night. In his email response to me he realized his script didn't bonus me automatically, and he quickly remedied that.

From the time I emailed him to receiving my bonus was less than 15 mins.

We handle things like this:

People come in, do a check-in HIT and then start the HIT. They do however many tasks (hopefully all!). If they don't complete we can't see that on the mturk gui (though we can see it in our data). We try to only apply the "did some of our tasks" qual to workers who did any work (even one task) but sometimes we screw up and give it to someone who did a check-in HIT but no tasks. So you may be one of those mistakes. I'll follow up with you specifically through private message.
