Unfortunately, it's always humid here when it's hot out, because my city gets a lot of rain (9 months out of the year). I'm really sorry to hear you're experiencing flooding where you are, though.

Hopefully rent/mortgage isn't too bad for you there. It's been increasing here by insane amounts. Looking to move to Idaho or just anywhere cheaper, don't really care where.
