I think this is about vacations? I've had small errors and gotten emails about them. It's not common but it's not unheard of. It does depend on what the errors are, as well as, I think, how much good work you've done previously. If you've submitted 20 and have a 10 percent error ratio, versus someone who's submitted 1000 and has less than 1 percent errors then you can see which worker they'd prefer to continue with (I made these numbers up).

Yeah they're pretty hard and take a lot of time to do. If you do them too fast, its a big red flag. If you aren't 100% sure you have the right place, don't submit it. If the one you are doing is taking too long, just skip it and grab another.
