The requester has given a qual test out to people outside of mturk that have contacted him. It sounded like it might be a bit before he hands out more tests to people, but it will happen because he expects perfection so the turnover rate is there. Plus it doesn't hurt to contact him anyways to express your interest so he can give you a test when he needs more workers

Yeah, I'm not sure how people originally got it. But I emailed the requester to let them know I was very interested. So hopefully something will come of it. I think, if I'm remembering right, someone was informed by them recently that they'll be releasing the qual again in a few weeks. So keep an eye out for it.
