My rent is 610 for a 2 bedroom 2 bath.

I wish! They have been steadily increasing our rent. It does include utilities, but in my experience before (when I livealone , that is) utilities were never more than maybe $100 at most.

Mine is 1350 for a 1 bedroom . It's 900sq/ft but still, the city sucks

Ughhh I couldn't afford it. It really is sad how expensive renting is. I'm looking forward to not forking out $890 every month but then again I'll be saving for property taxes/insurances so there's that lol.
