You're getting better at single posting, too.
I've actually always been fantastic at single posting. but, in an effort to not intimidate other people with that secret ability of mine, I cannot always use it.

today, this is a treat from me, to you

Kid doesn't want me to proof his essay, "You went to college, Mom! Your standards are too high!"

Uh. No. I'm not expecting college level. Just basic grammar for your age, son.

Aw damn. Chemo saves lives but does cause other issues. So sorry you had chemo! Glad you are still here! (bff just beat breast cancer, so yay! cancer sucks)
I've been cancer free for years, like fifteen, but I had parts of my body cut off to achieve that. I was in the midst of a pregnancy when I was diagnosed, so I chose to give my son up for adoption. Several years later, the woman who adopted my son sent me a message to let me know that she too had been recently diagnosed with breast cancer. She too is a survivor.

Oh honey. That is one hell of a story. I'm so proud you are a survivor! Just last year my bff got and beat breast cancer. All I could do was be a support. I've known her since we were 10 (38 years ago) so I just stood by her side.

I don't know your whole story, obvs, but giving up a child is the ultimate act of love. and courage.
