Aren't you limited to 100 hits a day (accepted), so pennies hits would get your brother a buck a day. After 10 days, he has 1,000 hits which opens up practically nothing? I'd go with accepting whatever he's qualified and work on his numbers after there's a limit of 3800.

I transferred exactly at midnight Amazon time and it reached payments exactly 12 hours later

It's not consistent. Took me 17 hours from time of transfer to date/time stamp on the email.
