I know I'm about to take us all back to 2005 here but is mp3 rocket still a viable way to burn cd's?

Someone probably has a better answer than me, but I honestly have never used mp3 rocket? If I needed to do mp3's in a pinch, I have always converted my audio tracks (either using an online source, or media human converter) and just used Cyberlink Power 2 go to burn mp3 cds, or any other type CDs I need burned.
