I don't know what you mean. They need a test set to train whatever machine learning algorithm they'll use to make an app for parents to know their baby is safe, or whatever they're doing.

It's creepy because the pics look like they're hacked from a baby video monitor. I mean, shudder...
It's probably the same agreement from when A9's were posting pictures of people in the bathroom or getting dressed.
I'm thinking these photo were not consented to by the parents, but pulled off unsecured baby cams.
