Does anyone know of a script or a program, etc... that loads a specific URL every X hours? Can't seem to find anything useful online.

The problem with any kind of direct refresh is it won't work if the page goes nutty during the two hours.

I know this is on the border of survey content but I will try to avoid it. For the webcam part, do you have to talk to someone else or no?

Hm... My perception is that you talk directly to the webcam, by yourself. That is also what I did.

Of course when in doubt, write the requester.
