basically, or you can be cheap and just pay 1 dollar for the pro version without the addons ($150 on steam)

if you beat the average, you get the HTML5 module, which gives you the ability to put the games you make on websites that support HTML5 and Javascript - like Facebook, forums, etc. Basically the ability to make games that run natively in a browser without needing additional plugins.

the 15 dollar level gives you the Android, iOS, and Windows UWP modules, which is the same thing as the HTML5 one, but for the respective platforms.

not humble, it's yoyo game's thing. you have to register the keys you get from humble bundle onto yoyo's site to get your actual serial key, which is instant and you can download the program off their site. They just make you wait 2 weeks for some reason, nothing to do with humble bundle.
