They aren't going to qual through email again, it will be as a hit in a while. I lost mine which really really sucks, got one wrong I was so sure about, but when I looked back I missed something that should have been so obvious, it was embarrassing. But I get to try again in 6 months, yay.

Here's what I did: gave an address that the contact guy owned, found his info through a facebook photo match, was so darn sure it was right...when I went back to look, so sure it wasn't my mistake, I found in the pictures with the add, the full address was literally hand written on a map. Lesson: when you get a decent qual and you are way too tired to work on it? DONT WORK ON IT! lol.

Dear MTurk Worker,

Thank you for attempting our HIT tonight. We know that most of you
experienced technical difficulties with our server and we are sorry
for your troubles. The issue with our server was not as simple as it
being unable to handle the load of the batch (which we tested for
prior to release), but was more complex and involved processes that we
as users of the server did not have access to. It was fixed by the
technical staff of our University, but not in time to avoid so many of
you experiencing slow-to-no load times.

Because of the nature of the HIT, we are unable to use your data
moving forward, so there is no point in having you complete the HIT in
the next 24 hours as we initially instructed.

We feel strongly about compensating you for your time invested and
will do so in one of two ways.

1. For those who submitted the HIT, as instructed in our
troubleshooting email, we will approve it - you do not have to
complete the task in the next 24 hours. You do not have to email us
your completion code to be approved.
2. For those whose Worker IDs are in our database as having attempted
the HIT, but who did not submit the HIT, we will set up a compensation
HIT for you (with no task attached) for the $10 with the understanding
that some workers attempted the HIT and returned it without emailing
us directly. We value the time you invest, even if you don't contact
us when you experience problems.

I apologize for the fact that it was a frustrating experience for you.
Please know that I am equally frustrated by this situation and do not
appreciate being put in a position where my HITs waste your valuable
time.
