The qual is for a specified worker, not as a HIT that everyone has access on. W @weisian said, if I'm not wrong, there will be at least another round of it.

Kind of, sort of, not really. I fell asleep in the middle of a survey so just working for the last few bucks I need. Only $1.75 short.
