Exactly. There is no shame in admitting a mental illness. Zero. None. I'm proud of people coming forward and sharing their stories.

Given a rational reason for doing so, I go out of my way to admit I have a mental problem. And then I go to lengths to explain it. I figure that broaching the subject is the only way people can become better educated on the subject.

If anyone else was confused on these (maybe it's just me): Select or input the SECOND WHOLE NUMBER in the Str column of the corresponding horse. Ignore fractions; put "0" for anything but a whole number.
