why only limit it to there then? When a guy tells a joke about his wife, you can bet your ass the wife is at least going to be pissed. Someone is always going to be pissed about a joke, regardless. I'm just curious why racial stuff is except and taboo?

To be completely honest, I'm not in the market for a can of worms. I was just pointing out some logical considerations. You're entitled to your questions, but as far as the current context, it's pretty well covered by the first two rules of the forum, as to why it is taboo here:
• Don’t post anything that a reasonable person would consider offensive, abusive, or hate speech. Don’t post anything sexually explicit or meant for shock value.
• Respect each other. Don’t harass anyone, impersonate other people, or share anyone’s private information or links to their private information, including photos and email addresses.

But now that the parties are cool with each other, and the apologies have been made, why don't we talk about pizza or the good ol' days of HITs or summat?
