No. Panda crazy never sends 2 requests at the same time. Every request is sent out in cycles from a queue. So for a pantha if it finds a hit it adds the accept url at the top of the queue. Next cycle it sends the accept request. If it doesn't get it then it's a miss and somebody else got it. Then it goes back with the preview url. Ham mode is the only thing that goes under the 970ms that causes pre's but that mode is to grab as many as possible before mturk servers react and sends pre's. PC will slow down when it gets pre's.
