Our town has no limit, but you have to register as a kennel when you have 6 or more.

I dont even really know what to think. All of our dogs are old. He wouldve gone sooner rather later. But they basically sent a death warrant. Probably still in shock I guess. Anger will come im sure. but the whole complex didnt get this letter. So I think we were targetted. Why I asked if it was legal. But, I dunno. Confused. It will pass.
